Chef Miami- Skinny Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 greek yogurt
  • 1 organic big avocado
  • 2 tbs chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbs cumin
  • lime juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped jalapeño
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 organic chopped tomato

Method

Step 1

In a food processor place jalapeño, tomato, lime juice, salt and cumin pulse 5 times or until finely chopped.

Step 2

Add greek yogurt and avocado; process until smooth.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cilantro.
