Protein Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cone
Chef Miami | Protein Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cone
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup xylitol or stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar free dark mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 scoop HaloTop Birthday Cake Ice Cream
- 1 scoop HaloTop Red Velvet Ice Cream
- 1 scoop HaloTop Pistachio Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick coconut oil.
In a bowl mix dry ingredients baking soda, almond flour, xylitol and eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix.
Add salt and vanilla extract.
Slowly add warm water and mix until well combine. ( If too sticky add more eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix.)
Stir sugar free dark mini chocolate chips.
Place 1/3 C of batter on a silpat mat of a cookie sheet. Spread out to a 5 inch circle.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
Using parchment paper flip the cookie over, and take an ice cream cold mold covered in parchment paper and roll up (using the large piece of parchment paper to help hold the cookie onto the cone)
Leave wrapped securly in the parchment paper with the cone mold for 15 mins.
One your cones are ready scoop HaloTop Ice Creams on top.
