Cheesy Vegan Protein Bread

Chef Miami | Cheesy Vegan Protein Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vegan unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese
  • 3 tsp flaxseed meal (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

If using flaxseed. Soak for about 15 min with 1-2 tbs water.

Step 3

Combine all dry ingredients almond meal, oat flour, protein powder, cream of tartar and baking powder.

Step 4

Slowly add warm water and Flaxseed. Mix until well combine.

Step 5

Add cheeses and combine.

Step 6

Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 30 min.

Step 7

You can sprinkle more cheese on top.

Step 8
