Don’t you love White Fudge Oreos with a glass of milk? I used to eat them all the time growing up until I realize how unhealthy they are. Sounds familiar?

No worries here’s the healthy version of the world famous White Fudge Oreos. You can thank me later! 😀

Chef Miami | White Fudge Oreos2


  • 2 cups almond Flour
  • 3/4 Almond milk (or less)
  • 2 scoops nuts-n-moreChocolate Creme Whey Protein
  • 1 scoop carob powder
  • 1/2 cup nuts-n-moreChocolate Almond Butter
  • 2 cups melted AmberLyn White Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup nuts-n-more white Chocolate Peanut Butter


Step 1

In a bowl mix Almond Flour and Nuts 'N More Chocolate Creme Almond Infused Whey Protein, carob and Chocolate Almond Butter.

Step 2

Slowly add Almond milk and combine with your hands until you have a well combine dough.

Step 3

With your hands form small cookies and line into a baking sheet. Freeze for 10 min.

Step 4

Remove from freezer and place White Chocolate Peanut Butter on top of half of the cookies.

Step 5

Place remain cookies on top of the White Chocolate Peanut Butter.

Step 6

Place them in the freeze for 8 minutes. Remove from freezer and coat with melted AmberLyn White Chocolate.

Step 7

Place them back in the freezer for 20 min to let the chocolate set.
