Chef Miami | Vegan Grilled Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Know Food bread
  • 1/2 cup cheddar almond cheese
  • 2 Vegan Bacon Stripes
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella almond cheese

Method

Step 1

Preheat grill. Spray with nonstick avocado oil spray.

Step 2

In a skillet or oven cook the vegan bacon. Set aside.

Step 3

Add vegan bacon to the sandwich. Press the sandwich slightly and place it in the grill. Cook until golden on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 4

Flip, and cook until the other side is golden and the cheeses melt, 3 to 5 more minutes.

Step 5

Enjoy!
