Chef Miami | Vegan Grilled Bacon Sandwich
- 2 slices Know Food bread
- 1/2 cup cheddar almond cheese
- 2 Vegan Bacon Stripes
- 1/4 cup mozzarella almond cheese
Preheat grill. Spray with nonstick avocado oil spray.
In a skillet or oven cook the vegan bacon. Set aside.
Add vegan bacon to the sandwich. Press the sandwich slightly and place it in the grill. Cook until golden on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes.
Flip, and cook until the other side is golden and the cheeses melt, 3 to 5 more minutes.
