Chef Miami | Sprinkle Pumpin Spice Popcakes


  • 2 eatmeguiltfree Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbs sugar free natural sprinkles
  • 2 tbs almond milk (optional)


Step 1

In a bowl add eatmeguiltfree Pumpkin Spice

Step 2

Crumble until it resembles fine crumbs.

Step 3

Add in peanut butter a little bit at a time until pumpkin spice crumble is moist and can hold a ball shape, yet still slightly crumbly.

Step 4

Add sprinkles and carefully stir with a spatula (if is not moist add almond milk)

Step 5

With your clean hands form little balls.

Step 6

Freeze for about 10 minutes.

Step 7

Remove pop cakes from freezer.

Step 8
