Chef Miami| Red Velvet Waffles
Waffles are Pancakes with abs. Red Velvet Waffles is a delicious, healthy and high protein breakfast idea drizzle with White Chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup PumpeUp Pancakes Mix
  • 3/4 cold water
  • 1 tbsp Carob
  • 1 small large beet
  • 1/3 cup melted AmberLyn White Chocolate

Method

Step 1

Preheat Waffle Maker med/low heat. Spray with Coconut Oil.

Step 2

In a bowl mix Pumped Up Pancakes and water. Whisk until well mix. Add carob and whisk.

Step 3

Peel the cooled beet and place in a blender or food processor. Blend until pureed.

Step 4

Add beet puree to the waffle batter. Whisk until well mix.

Step 5

Pour 1/2 cup Mixture into the Waffle Maker and cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 6

Carefully open up the clam shell and place your protein waffle in a plate.

Step 7

Drizzle melted AmberLyn White Chocolate on top.
