Chef Miami | Red Velvet Brookie Bars

Ingredients

  • Red Velvet: 1 cup xylitol
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbs beet powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • splash almond milk (enough to mix)
  • Brownie: 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • Splash almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
  • Cookie Dough:
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup xylitol

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. 2 cups almond flour

Step 2

Red Velvet: In a bowl combine almond flour, beet powder, xylitol, and coconut flour.

Step 3

In a bowl combine 2 egg whites and almond flour. Slowly add to dry mixture and combine.

Step 4

Evenly pour mixture into the baking pan. Set aside.

Step 5

In a bowl combine oat flour, protein powder cocoa powder, and xylitol.

Step 6

Add peanut butter and milk. Mix until well combine. Carefully add melted dark chocolate and stir with a spatula.

Step 7

Pour Brownie batter on top the red velvet and bake for 12 mins.

Step 8

Cookie Dough: In a bowl combine all ingredients expect for the sugar free chocolate chips.

Step 9

Once all ingredients are combine add sugar free chocolate chips.

Step 10

Remove baking pan from the oven and spread cookie dough on top.

Step 11

Bake for 5 minutes.

Step 12

Let cool completely and and cut into bars.

Step 13
