Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter protein powder
  • 1/4 cup nuts n more peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 bar dark chocolate

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients with a fork.

Step 2

Add the milk slowly until you get a pasty, thick, nonstick batter. You may need a less or more milk depend of what you like.

Step 3

In a microwave safe container melt the Dark chocolate on the microwave for about a minute.

Step 4

Place wax paper on a baking sheet. With your hands form your cookies and place them on the baking sheet.

Step 5

Coat them in chocolate by throwing them inside the melted chocolate, or you spoon the melted chocolate on top. When coated, just throw them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

These protein cookies are completely raw so make them easier to make and eat.
