Chef Miami | Protein Snickerdoodle Truffles
- 2 scoops eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein powder
- 1 cup xylitol
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 bag Enlightened Sea Salt Broad beans Crisps
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate
In a bowl combine eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein powder, almond meal, coconut flour, xylitol and cinnamon
In a medium bowl combine peanut butter and greek yogurt until well combine.
Add greek yogurt mixture to dry mixture. With a spatula carefully combine together. Add Enlightened Sea Salt Broad beans Crisps and mix together.
With your (clean) hands form little balls and place them in the freeze to set ( about 20 minutes)
Remove bites from the freezer and coat them with dark chocolate.
Freeze for 5 minutes to let chocolate set.
