Protein Pumpkin Pancakes
Chef Miami | Protein Pumpkin Pancakes
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- splash almond milk (enough to mix)
- dark chocolate chips
- Protein White Chocolate Syrup
Preheat a frying pan and spray nonstick coconut oil.
In a bowl combine oat flour, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, banana, pumpkin puree and almond milk.
Add sugar free dark chocolate chips and combine.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan. Brown on both sides.
Repeat process with remaining batter. Drizzle with Protein White Chocolate Syrup.
