Protein Peanut Butter Granola Cups
Chef Miami | Protein Peanut Butter Granola Cups
- 1/3 cup oat rolled oats
- 1/4 almond flour
- 1/4 chopped mixed nuts
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1/2 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 6 drops liquid stevia
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- warm water (enough to mix)
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a bowl combine all cup dry ingredients. Mix well until you get a dough consistency. (add more eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix if it is too sticky.)
Coat your hands with coconut oil and form into small balls and flatten making a hole in the middle.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
In a small bowl combine eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder and water.
Remove your cups from oven and let cool down completely.
Coat half of the cups with melted dark chocolate and place them of the fridge until chocolate set.
Fill each cup with Peanut Butter.
