Protein Oatmeal Cranberries Cookies

Chef Miami | Protein Oatmeal Cranberries Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder( you can use any flavor)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup xylitol
  • 1/2 cup sugar free dried cranberries

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 360F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick coconut oil.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix oat flour, rolled oats, protein powder and xylitol.

Step 3

Slowly add almond milk until you get a dough consistency. Add vanilla extract.

Step 4

Add cranberries. Gently combine with a spatula.

Step 5

Scoop 1 tablespoon of cookie batter on the baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake for 8-12 minutes.

Step 7

Enjoy!
