- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup of almond flour
- 1/3 cup eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Protein powder
- almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbs coconut flour
- 3 tbs xylitol (optional)
- Caramel Filling:
- 1 cup medjool dates (about 10)
- ¾ cup + 2 tbsp water
In a bowl mix almond flour, coconut flour, xylitol and eatmeguiltfree Chocolate Protein powder.
Add peanut butter combine all. Slowly add necessary almond milk.
If it’s too wet or sticky, add a bit more coconut flour.
With your (clean) hands form rectangles. Set aside.
Add the dates and ¼ cup of water to a high-powered blender. Blend until fully combined. Gradually add more water, until the caramel is smooth and reaches the consistency of honey.
Place 1 tbs of caramel sauce on top of your bars. Freeze for 10 mins.
Remove from freezer. Coat your bars into the dark chocolate.
Put them on a silicone tray and freeze for 20 mins until your chocolate set.
