Chef Miami | Protein Eclair

Ingredients

  • 2 eatmeguiltfree Blondie Brownie
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter or any homemade chocolate spread
  • 1/4 cup xylitol

Method

Step 1

Slice eatmeguiltfree Blondie Brownie.

Step 2

Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with blondie slices.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine greek yogurt, protein powder and xylitol. Spread half of mixture over blondie layer.

Step 4

Top with another layer of blondies and the remaining pudding.

Step 5

Top all with a final layer of blondie and frost with chocolate peanut butter.

Step 6

Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.

Step 7
