Chef Miami | Protein Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 bag Chike Nutrition coffee bag
  • 1/2 tsp eatmeguiltfree Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
  • splash almond milk milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • Crumble:
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup xylitol

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven 370 F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl combine Peanut Butter Powder, baking powder, almond meal oat flour and eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix

Step 3

Add vanilla extract and milk. Stir until well combine.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5

While the cake is in the oven. Mix all crumble ingredients with your hands.

Step 6

When cake is ready remove from oven. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top, and lightly press it.

Step 7

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned

Step 8

Enjoy!
