Chef Miami | Protein Churro Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup xylitol
  • Almond milk (enough to mix)
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Step 1

Preheat Waffle Maker med/low heat. Spray with Coconut Oil.

Step 2

In a small bowl mix together flaxseed with 2 tbs water. Set aside.

Step 3

In a blender blend together eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder, almond flour, almond milk, coconut flour and vanilla extract ( you can add stevia or xylitol)

Step 4

Add flaxseed and blend together.

Step 5

Pour 1/2 cup Mixture into the Waffle Maker and cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 6

In a plate combine xylitol and ground cinnamon.

Step 7

While your Protein Churro Waffle is still hot sprinkle cinnamon xylitol mixture on both sides.

Step 8

Repeat same process with remaining batter.

Step 9

You can top them with greek yogurt.

Step 10
