Chef Miami | Protein Cereal Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup xylitol
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Splash Almond Milk (enough to mix)
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (or any flavor you like)
  • 2 egg whites

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients oat flour, almond flour, xylitol, protein powder and baking powder

Step 3

In a different bowl combine together vanilla extract, egg whites, cashew butter and milk. Slowly add to the oat mixture.

Step 4

Add dark chocolate chips. With your hands form small balls.

Step 5

Place onto baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake for 10-12 min or until they are golden brown.

Step 7
