Protein Banana Chocolate Marble Bread
Chef Miami | Protein Banana Chocolate Marble Bread
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup xylitol or stevia
- 4 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbs ground flax seed + 3 tbs water ( = 1 egg)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop eatmeguiltfreeVanilla Protein powder
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Chocolate Mix
- 4 spotty bananas
- almond milk (enough to mix)
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a bread loaf pan with nonstick coconut oil.
Mix flax seed with water and let set aside for 10 min.
In a bowl combine oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder, eatmeguiltfreeVanilla Protein powder and xylitol.
Mash bananas with a fork (you can use a food processor)
Add bananas and flax egg to the flour mixture mix well with a hand mixer. Add almond milk ( if needed)
Equally separate the batter into two bowls.
In one bowl add cocoa powder, 1 tsp coconut oil and eatmeguiltfree DIY Chocolate Mix , mix well.
For the swirl, just add a spoon of the vanilla batter on the bottom, then add a spoon of the chocolate batter. Repeat process until nothing is left.
Bake for 30 min or until a toothpick (or knife) comes out clean.
