Chef Miami | Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Greensbury Market Salmon Fillet
  • 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbs Almond meal
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs stevia

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F

Step 2

In a bowl, combine almond meal, lemon juice, stevia and mustard.

Step 3

Evenly spoon mixture on top of each salmon fillet Spread chopped pistachios on top.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Enjoy!
