The classic recipe for a Peanut Butter Cookies in a healthy way. Grab a big glass of almond milk and enjoy the best and healthy peanut butter cookies.


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 scoop absprotein protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Toffee Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup cashew flour
  • 1/2 bar melted dark chocolate

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients. Set aside.

Step 3

In a small bowl mix all wet ingredients and add to the dry mixture.

Step 4

Roll into balls and flatten on baking sheet with a fork.

Step 5

Once the Peanut butter cookies cool down a little bit. Coat half of the cookie in the dark melted chocolate.

Step 6

Sprinkle cashew flour on the side. Set aside.
