Chef Miami- Healthy Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 2 chocolate brownie quest bars
  • 2 cookie dough quest bars
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 8 tbs oat or almond flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 5 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/3 cup vanilla maple articzero Ice Cream
  • 3/4 espresso or strong coffee

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Line 5 cupcake pan cups with paper liners.

Step 2

Break into pieces chocolate brownie quest bars then microwave it for 20 seconds.

Step 3

Add 6 tsps almond milk and microwave the mixture again for 17 sg. Slowly add 1 egg white and 4 tbs of oat/almond flour. Mix very well. Repeat same process with cookie dough quest bars

Step 4

Fill the prepared cupcake liners with batter 3/4 full, and bake for 15- 20 min. Let it cool.

Step 5

Cut each cupcake in half and pour espresso or very strong coffee on top.

Step 6

Spread ice cream on the first layer of each cupcake, place the other 1/2 of each the cupcake on top.

Step 7

Spread remainder ice cream. Sprinkle with carob powder.
