Chocolate Pool Cake is the healthy version of a molten lava cake. High in protein and good ingredients. It takes the same you asked? NO it takes so much better!! I used Chocolate Peanut Butter and sugar free dark chocolate.

  • 2 Cookies and Cream Quest Nutrition Bars
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • Almond Milk (enough to mix ingredients together)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs almond flour
  • 1 cup nuts-n-more Chocolate Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup melted AmberLyn Dark Chocolate


Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a Bread Loaf Pan with nonstick Coconut oil spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients oar flour, baking powder and almond flour. Set aside.

Step 3

Microwave Cookies and Cream Quest Nutrition Bars for 3 seconds. In a blender add Cookies and Cream Quest Nutrition Bars, almond milk, vanilla extract and egg. Blend until well combine.

Step 4

Add wet mixture to the oat mixture. Stir with a spatula. Slowly add melted chocolate stir a little bit.

Step 5

Pour batter into the Bread Loaf Pan and bake for 20 min. Let cool down.

Step 6

Pour nuts-n-more Chocolate Almond Butter on top of your cake.
