Chef Miami | Chocolate – Peanut Butter Stuffed Donut
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- 1/4 cup Almond meal
- 2 cups eatmeguiltfree CHOCOLATE BROWNIE DIY MIX
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- almond milk (enough to mix)
- 2 tbs ghee
- 2 cups melted peanut butter
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a Donuts baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a bowl combine eatmeguiltfree CHOCOLATE BROWNIE DIY MIX, xylitol and almond meal.
Add ghee, vanilla extract and almond milk. Blend until all ingredients are well combine.
Fill each doughnut mold about ¾ full — about two large tablespoons.
Bake for 12 mins. Remove from pan and allow doughnuts to cool.
Allow to cool for 6 mins. Place one donut on top of another donut.
Pour chocolate and peanut butter in the donut hole.
Pour melted peanut butter on top of your donut.
Drizzle with dark melted chocolate.
