Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

Chef Miami | Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs almond meal
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup xylitol
  • Splash almond milk
  • Filling:
  • 3 tbs cinnamon
  • 3 tbs xylitol
  • 3 eatmeguiltfree CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
  • Icing:
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven 360 F. Spray a round cake pan with nonstick coconut oil spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix all dough ingredients. If is to sticky you can add more oat flour.

Step 3

Coated your hands with coconut oil. Grab the dough and place onto a flat surface.

Step 4

Using your hands, flatten out the dough as much as you can to form a rectangle.

Step 5

Mix together xylitol and cinnamon. Evenly sprinkle on top of your dough.

Step 6

Brake Chocolate Cookies into pieces and spread on top

Step 7

Coated your hands with coconut oil and carefully roll up the dough.

Step 8

Cut into slices and place them into your round cake pan.

Step 9

Bake for 10-12 mins. Sprinkle more cinnamon and xylitol mixture (optional)

Step 10

Drizzle icing on top of each cinnamon roll.

Step 11
