Choco-Oat Protein Bars
Chef Miami | Choco-Oat Protein Bars
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup eatmeguiltfree Vanillaa Protein powder
- 3 tbs coconut flour
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/8 cup almond milk
- nuts( optional)
- 50 g sugar free dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick coconut oil.
In a bowl mix together rolled oats, coconut flour, eatmeguiltfree Vanillaa Protein powder and chia seeds.
Add almond milk and combine together.
With your hands form rectangles (or any shape you want) Place one layer onto the baking sheet and top with chocolate. Place a second layer on top of the chocolate.
Repeat process with remaining batter and chocolate. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
