- 2 pounds of almonds without skin
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 8 cups water
In a 2 quart saucepan broil water. Add almonds and broil for about 5-10 minutes.
Drain almond and set aside to let them cool down.
In a food processor mix almonds, onions, garlic paste and 1/2 cup of water.
Add more water in case you need it.
With a spatula remove mixture from the food processor's wall. Keep processing for 20 minutes or until the mixture looks creamy.
